Business sustainability ratings
Last year, HMD Global secured a Silver EcoVadis Rating, and in a short space of time, a large amount of work has been undertaken to bolster the company’s corporate sustainability commitments and achieve Gold status.
The Gold Rating signals an advanced structured and proactive sustainability approach as well as showing engagements/policies and tangible actions on major issues with detailed implementation information.
In addition to securing Gold status, in June 2021, HMD Global recently announced their participation in the Eco Rating scheme in Europe. The scheme enables operators and their customers to evaluate the sustainability of mobile devices, working towards a more sustainable future.
