What are the required criteria for uploading a company-owned/private app?

Company-owned/private applications must comply with the Google Play regulations.

The following criteria for the app must be met:

• The Android package (“APK”, format) must be compiled with a release mode. Debug mode builds cannot be uploaded
• Must not be over 150MB
• Package name must be unique. If it is published or has ever been published in the Google Play, an error occurs
• Private apps can be shared between enterprises. HMD can provide instructions for the sharing upon request
