How does remote management work?

To open a connection to a device, an administrator needs to choose the device in question from HMD Enable Pro management console. Then, choose a “Remote connection” function from the available management options. When connection between the management console and the device is established, administrator is able to see the screen view of the device and choose actions from the range of management options.

Note: HMD Enable Pro Companion App must be installed in order to use Remote management function.
